Who we are
CEP Studio, Montréal, photographs your headshot at the request of your employer or the event organizer.
What we collect
Your name, email, department (optional), language preference, your photos, your picks and your retouching requests.
Why
To photograph you, send your proofs to a private gallery, retouch the photos you pick, and deliver them to you and to the people your employer designates.
Who can see it
You see only your own photos. The people your employer designates see the order status and the final photos. Our technical providers (data hosting in Canada, image storage, email, payment) process this information on our behalf only.
How long we keep it
Proofs are deleted 90 days after delivery unless your employer agreed otherwise. Final photos are kept for one year so you can download them again, then deleted.
